Choose a piece, repair it, take it home—and grab a drink and a snack while you’re at it. Sew cool!
Come on down to our Fulton Market store on Saturday, July 25th from 1-4pm for a special Worn Wear repair workshop! Learn how to repair a gently used Patagonia garment, donate to our non-profit partner, and keep your newly repaired piece. We will have a selection of lightly damaged, new-to-you Patagonia garments that will be available to choose from. Give these pieces new life!
We’ll also feature a drink special crafted by Katie Kelly of @bitsbitesblog: “The Provisions Radler”, a beer cocktail made with Patagonia Provision Organic Lager, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and rosemary honey syrup, accompanied by Patagonia Provisions tinned fish and cracker bites.
*One piece per person, and only while supplies last.
*Donation amount will vary based on type of garment and complexity of the repair.
Donate to Midwest Rock N' Routes before taking your newly repaired piece.
Midwest Rock N’ Routes is a Midwest-based coalition of affinity groups (Escala Chicago, Chicago Climbs, Adaptive Climbing Group, Chicago Adventure Therapy, BIPOC Beta, Queers on the Rocks, Climb Big Chicago, Asian Climbing Collective Chicago and more) dedicated to breaking down barriers to the outdoors by creating inclusive climbing opportunities, fostering leadership through outdoor education, and empowering climbers of all levels with access, skills and experiences in a safe, equitable and diverse environment. Our annual event at Devils Lake State Park is an outdoor rock climbing festival, designed by and for climbers from historically marginalized communities.
